Bubba Mills

Bubba Mills is the Chief Executive Officer of Corcoran Consulting & Coaching, an international Small Business, Mortgage, and Real Estate coaching company committed to helping clients balance success in business, while building value in life.

For more than 2 decades, Bubba has been a respected voice and champion for the real estate community, and has worked with industry leaders across all facets of the Real Estate spectrum. He has served on the AREAA Advisory Board, NAHREP Board of Directors, WinDS Education Committee, and as a member of the CMBA Education Committee.

Bubba is a passionate champion for the Real Estate Community and brings a wealth of information to the Default Industry, including Government-Sponsored Enterprise (GSE) corporations. He has been recognized multiple years by National Mortgage Professional Magazine as one of the “Most Connected Mortgage Professionals.”

With more than two decades of experience as an entrepreneur, Bubba realizes he is not only a businessman. God has given him the gift of wisdom in business, and a heart for changing people’s lives. Fulfilling the purpose of these gifts is why Bubba serves as a coach and consultant, helping people find the value of work-life balance.

Bubba is a member of the National Speakers Association, and has been awarded their designation as a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP). His goal is always to encourage and challenge his listeners toward excellence and success.

Ryan Hennessy

As a highly experienced business executive, Ryan Hennessy continues to leverage his diverse skill set to develop and implement innovative products and services across numerous marketplaces. Focused on growth and opportunity, Ryan holds a unique ability to productize and implement optimal solutions designed to yield best-in-class results and close process gaps.

With expertise in leadership, infrastructure, and workflow efficiency, Ryan’s ability to critically analyze and forecast market conditions has led to the genesis of several industry-leading approaches to portfolio management, as well as the development of various systematic tools and reports. In his current role, Ryan is responsible for positioning Keystone as a technology forward enterprise, enhancing user experiences, and service execution.

Complimenting his duties within Keystone, Ryan founded Apex Management Solutions, a corporation designed to assist investors, managers, and non-profits in identifying growth opportunities and streamlining managerial procedures within their real estate portfolios.

Noelle Nielsen

Founder, Bright Birch Real Estate

Noelle is the founder of Bright Birch Real Estate. She’s known for her clever videos and marketing, and her innate ability to tell an entertaining story. Prior to her real estate career, she ran an award-winning, published photography business and practiced law.

Her unique background and efforts to create genuine, lasting relationships with people has helped her become a top producing agent. Through her innovative brokerage, she is attempting to elevate the real estate practice by training her agents on creative video and marketing techniques, the art of story telling, and how to be an effective negotiator.

Outside of work, Noelle’s passions are her faith, family, and her community. She’s from northern Minnesota and obtained a law degree from William Mitchell. She’s Minnesotan, through and through.

Sharon McCormick

Founder & CEO, Podkastic and McCormick Marketing Group

Sharon McCormick is the founder and CEO of Podkastic and McCormick Marketing Group providing marketing consultation and turnkey podcast creation for the country’s top real estate agents, coaches and SMB owners.

Sharon has spent most of her career as a successful sales + marketing leader at P&G and various radio stations in Cincinnati. As a result, she has been able to channel that passion for sales + marketing into a variety of entrepreneurial endeavors focused on helping business owners grow and become more profitable. After leaving the broadcasting industry, Sharon partnered with Kai Data (the parent company of Vulcan7, Espresso Agent, RAD and other software brands serving today’s real estate agents). Her role in product development and brand management introduced her to to the world of real estate!

Sharon saw the emerging trend from broadcast audio to digital audio and knew she could help Realtors get out in front of this trend. Knowing that content is king
and audio is powerful… Sharon has been able to package a turn-key podcast solution which enables you to become the market expert.

When away from the office Sharon spends her time with her incredible family, lifelong friends & her pets. Food and travel are her passions.
